Made by someone in the trade
I measure, quote and fit blinds and curtains myself. Quotes Made Simple is the app I built to run that work, because nothing else did it the way the job actually goes. Every trade that measures in the customer's home has the same day: measure, price, quote, order, fit, get paid. So it now does that for yours too.
So it prices on the doorstep from the supplier's real grid, shows sizes the fitter can read up a ladder, and lets the office see where every job is without ringing round.

Questions
Does it work for my trade?
If you measure in the customer's home and quote for supply and fit, almost certainly. It is set up for blinds and curtains, carpets and flooring, tiling, decorating, plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, windows and doors, garage doors, fencing, decking, paving, landscaping, roofing, gutters and fascias, insulation, electrical, and plumbing and heating. For anything else, pick "Something else" and set up your own products.
Can I use my own suppliers' prices?
Yes, in the way your trade works. Blinds, windows and garage doors upload the PDF size-grid price lists their suppliers send. Carpet and flooring fitters import their supplier's ranges, with a price per m² or per pack. Electricians and plumbers import their merchant's product list. Every other trade starts with typical UK material prices and labour rates, and you change them to your own.
Does each member of staff need their own login?
Yes. You invite them from the app and choose what they do: surveyor, fitter, office or warehouse, or more than one. Each person only sees the app and the prices their job needs, so fitters never see your margins.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Pricing and measuring work with no signal, and everything saves and syncs as soon as you're back online.
What do I need to run it?
A phone or tablet for Survey and Fit, and a computer with Chrome or Edge for Office and Warehouse. There's nothing to download from an app store: open it, then add it to your home screen or install it from the address bar.
Who can see my company's data?
Only your team. Each company's quotes, customers and prices are kept separate.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick your plan from the banner at the top of the app. If you don't, the app stops at the end of the trial. Nothing is charged automatically.
